How to make cornflakes cookies

Ingredients:

1 pkt                       Cornflakes Pemix - Signaturebychef
250gm                     Unsalted Butter
150gm                     Castor Sugar
1nos                         Eggs Yolk
100gm                     Condensed Milk
250gm                     Cornflakes - Crush

Method:

1. Beat butter and sugar until smooth
2. Add in egg yolk and condensed milk - beat until smooth mixture
3.Add in cornflakes premix and mix together
4. Spoon up cornflakes mixture or pipe out using piping bag and roll onto crushed cornflakes
5. Bake at 180 degree celcius for 15 minutes or golden brown
